Jehovah Jireh International Charities (JJIC) is more than just a nonprofit; it
is a mission-driven organization dedicated to transforming lives through
compassion, faith, and tangible support. At its core, JJIC’s work is about
sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ while addressing some of the most
pressing needs faced by communities in remote locations.
Through medical assistance, educational scholarships, and grassroots
partnerships, JJIC is actively changing lives and spreading hope in places
where it is needed most. Our partners, Pastor Gibson and First Lady
Margaret Mutunga of Kisima Cha Neema Cha Mwana Wa Daudi in Katutu
(Fountain of Grace Church) assist JJIC in targeting individuals and
situations in extreme need of help. Katutu is located in the Kitui County in
the Eastern region of Kenya.
One of the central pillars of JJIC’s work in Kitui County is clean water
access to Katutu and surrounding communities. By the Grace of God and
in collaboration with churches, civic leaders, officials and residents of the
area, phase one of the clean water project is now completed. JJIC is prayerful for phase two to begin to complete the water project as it is an answer to long awaited prayers. The accomplishment of this major milestone will lead to greater agricultural development and increased economic productivity for all residents.
JJIC understands the transformative power of education. Through its scholarship programs, JJIC offers financial support to students who would otherwise be unable to pursue their academic dreams.
These scholarships provide young people with the opportunity to attend school, advance their education, and ultimately create a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
Not only has JJIC provided scholarships to individual students, the organization has purchased equipment for secondary schools to train to prepare them for pass state exams JJIC believes that education is not just a tool for personal advancement but a means of breaking the cycle of poverty, fostering long-term change, and empowering future generations to become leaders and change-makers.
JJIC endeavors to make a greater impact in Kitui County area by providing increased medical assistance to underserved communities.
In many parts of the world, healthcare is often out of reach for the poor, and basic medical care can be a luxury few can afford.
JJIC is committed to providing medical aid and direct assistance to individuals and families in need in the form of doctor visits and medication.
JJIC is thriving to tackle a unique and often overlooked issue—period poverty. In many parts of the world, girls face significant barriers to attending school during their menstrual cycles due to a lack of access to menstrual hygiene products.
This issue, known as period poverty, leads to absenteeism, stigma, and diminished educational opportunities for young girls. JJIC partners with several schools in Kitui County to provide menstrual hygiene products and raise awareness about the importance of supporting girls’ education during menstruation.
By addressing period poverty, JJIC is not only helping to keep girls in school but is also fostering a culture of inclusion and dignity.
JJIC was instrumental in providing several shipments of food products to the local church in Katutu.
Also, the organization contributed to the
wellbeing of Emmanuel Sisters, a group of widowed women, during the recent dry spells Kenya experienced.
Standing with Emmanuel Sisters helped these women through a crucial time by alleviating some of the burdens that widowed women in rural Kenya often carry.
Your generous donation will fund our mission to help men, women, and children around the world.
